  1. I propose that we ratify the Solidarity Pact of the NSLeft, which is a newly formed defensive alliance based on leftist cooperation. The pact would allow for closer ties and more discussion of ideas between the largest and most active leftist regions of various tendencies on NS. https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=744991 Comrade WAD Kazanic Union, please put this up to vote.
  2. You can become a Councillor by being elected by the comrades of the region. If you'd like to stand for any of these positions, feel free to nominate yourself in this thread, stating which position you're nominating yourself for.
  3. Low political freedom and civil rights rankings are not indicators of fascism. Like comrade Misley said, we only remove nations that openly embrace fascism, whether that be in their RMB posts, nation name, factbooks etc. None of the above listed nations are fascist.

    Embassy Proposal (ending 31st October)

Seems pretty harsh to veto an embassy just because that region doesn't have an anti-fascist tag. I'd encourage you to think again about this vote; there's more to regions than simply tags.
  6. How so? We wouldn't let any random region open its own section on our forum, it'd only be our close allies. What disaster could there be?
  7. I believe that doing this will help strengthen the ties between regions on the NSLeft, so I fully support this idea. If any of our allies would like to use our forum, they should be more than welcome to.
  8. The embassy with The Soviet Region has been accepted. This thread is hereby locked.
  9. The Soviet Region has proposed constructing embassies with us. Please vote and make your voices heard comrades!
  10. The Internationale has voted to VETO this proposal. The thread is hereby locked.

  12. Comrade Islands of Unity has proposed that we build embassies with Gay. Please vote and make your democratic voices heard!
  13. I would like to nominate myself for Councillor of External Affairs. For those who don't know me, I was the first Councillor of External Affairs a few terms ago, before and during our move to The Red and Black. I am also the current Fleet Admiral of The Red Fleet. If elected, I would: Work to make sure all embassy requests are processed as soon as possible, with the eligible requests put up to vote immediately. Encourage all comrades to vote on said embassy requests by posting updates on the RMB often. I have noticed that participation in embassy votes has decreased drastically, and I will work to increase turnout again. Propose certain changes to the Foreign Policy section of our regional Charter if necessary. Discuss with other comrade regions the possibility of forming a new leftist interregional project to act as the successor to CAPS in order to strengthen the NSLeft. Draft an environmentalist (or another cause) treaty to bring together leftist and progressive regions, and to further raise awareness of socialism and our responses to these problems as socialists. This can help legitimize socialism in the minds of other NS players outside of the Leftist bloc. Bring the cuteness of pandas to the region, even though I already do that
  14. You'd have to pay a bit more attention to anti-fascist military gameplay, and preferably have some kind of experience with R/D, though that isn't required. The representative to Antifa would maintain a puppet in the region Antifa, and post updates to and from that region.
  15. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand he's DOS'd now. Now he'll have a lot more time to do his homework
